Collection of phone numbers: We collect your phone numbers only when you voluntarily provide them to us, for example, during client intake, or when you fill out our website contact form. You can also opt in to receive SMS messages either by verbal or email confirmation with Jesse Harbison Law PLLC staff. Message & data rates may apply.
Use of phone numbers for SMS: Your phone numbers are primarily used to provide you with information about your legal matter or appointment. SMS messaging charges may be applied by your carrier. We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
